I know there are probably about 2 people who look at this blog, and I want to wish both of you a Happy New Year!
I've been doing some crafty blog surfing this morning, and I am amazed at the creativity out there! I am inspired and intimidated all at the same time! And I wish we had a bigger place to live so that I could make things and display them all over the place. :)
Well, I haven't worked on anything since finishing the Christmas things. but I do have a couple things in mind. Before I can get to them, though, I have to pack up the Christmas stuff and organize my girls teeny room. Right now it's overflowing and there isn't enough room to put everything they have. (We're looking for a good, tall (inexpensive!) bookcase if any of you have recommendations!)
I have a goal to do one crafty thing a week to put on this blog. Whether it's working on a quilt, doing a few scrapbook pages, or reinventing something we already have, I hope to do something. One problem I am going to run into, though, is finding supplies. Now that Spotlight has closed, (boo hoo hoo!), I'm not exactly sure where I'll be able to find all things crafty. Will have to start exploring, I suppose!

I hope I'm counted in the 2 people....
I have some projects in my head, but can't start them yet. Instead, today I also worked on organizing stuff for the girls. The boxes & bags of "grown out of/grow into" stuff were here and there throughout the house & not organized in the least, so I've worked on getting that to make sense, as well as thinning it out a little. Not done, but I should be able to finish tomorrow.
Yes, the craft blogs are both inspiring and overwhelming!
