Zoe's new skirt

After sewing the pillow covers, I wasn't ready to put my machine and everything away yet. It takes such an effort to get everything out that I wanted to make it worth my time. :) So I referred back to the Market Skirt tutorial and made a new little skirt for Zoe out of some scrap pieces I've been holding onto.

Zoe opted out of adding a little pocket this time, but I still think it turned out super cute. I wish I had more of that fabric!

Well, I'm glad that I took the leap and started sewing again. I have so many projects in mind that I want to do. The trick is finding the time, (and the motivation!), to track down all the supplies and get to it. :) Crafting in Hong Kong is a little different than in the USA. ;)

cute, cute cute. I think I should make one of those skirts, because I've loved seeing yours, and they look so perfect on Zoe--feminine, easy, age-appropriate. I can only assume it'd be the same for Chick...and since Chick wears skirts 90% of the time, it'd get used!
